This map shows the re-subdivision of Block 7 in Bushnell’s Addition into twenty-six separate

Delaware Place. Today the entire block is the site of the Park Newberry Condominium

Association, a name given due to its close proximity to the Newberry Library.

Condition:

Slightly brittle paper with breaks along the edges and one at top right that extends 2

inches. Contemporary pinholes within map and manuscript on the verso.
